Created to support your nervous system, deepen the connection with your body and your baby, and help you move through pregnancy with greater ease and confidence.

This 6-week series weaves together prenatal yoga, safe and supportive breathwork, and mindfulness practices to care for your physical body while also supporting your mental and emotional experience of pregnancy.

  • Each class is intentionally designed to support a deeper sense of presence, emotional steadiness, and inner connection during pregnancy - helping you feel more grounded, open, and attuned to yourself as you prepare for birth.

  • I have advanced prenatal training (100hr), as well as certifications in hypnobirthing and mindfulness for pregnancy and birth.

    This series offers a thoughtful and integrated approach to prenatal yoga that goes beyond movement alone.

    • Practices to support emotional grounding and nervous system regulation

    • Breathwork to cultivate calm, presence, and inner steadiness

    • Mindfulness tools to support mental clarity and reduce fear or overwhelm

    • Gentle movement and positioning to support embodied awareness and ease

    • Guided rest to support integration and deeper connection

ADVANCED PRENATAL Facilitation in a beautiful calming studio

Led by Megan, who has advanced prenatal training (100hr), as well as certifications in hypnobirthing and mindfulness for pregnancy and birth. Megan is also a birth educator. Classes are held at Goji Yoga in Oakville.

over the 6 weeks, you may begin to notice:

A deeper emotional connection to your pregnancy experience, greater calm and steadiness in your nervous system, increased trust in your body and its natural intelligence, and a stronger sense of presence and inner awareness as you approach birth.
